The Carpet Doctor is a family-run and owned business based in Dorchester, Dorset, with over 28 years of expertise in expert carpet and rug cleaning. Our manager and owner, Steve Chapman, has over 25 years of experience in the industry, and we pride ourselves on providing a high-quality service to all our customers.

At The Carpet Doctor, we don't believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. We treat every customer individually, and work with you to tailor a cleaning method that suits your specific needs. We don't advertise low prices only to charge extra for extras, unlike some other businesses. Our highly trained and experienced staff use a range of cleaning methods, including low-moisture, powder, dry, and full extraction, to ensure that your carpets and upholstery receive the best possible cleaning.
